Breakfast: Le rice + 1 cup of tea = 169 calories

Lunch: 1 vegetarian sausage on two pieces of plain white bread + 1 glass of water = 193 calories

Dinner: vegetarian quiche = not sure D: Maybe 200 calories? 

Snack: Ice cream cake = 154 calories

Exercise: 5 km walking = -200 calories

All up = 516 calories

EW. I can do better.
